Mikaela Kate Schaefer, Leadership Trainer, Speaker and Coach
A speaker, writer and coach, Mikaela Kate has invested more than 15 years in developing men and women leaders from college-age and beyond. Her experience in leading multiple teams and engaging in one-on-one development makes her highly qualified to coach teams and individuals, and help them achieve personal and professional goals. She has worked with manufacturing and retail industries, financial and legal sectors, start-up businesses and various independent sales teams.
Mikaela Kate is a graduate of Iowa State University. She served as college coordinator of Cornerstone Church in Ames, IA, and later moved to Sheffield, England, to work as the young adult director at St. Thomas Philadelphia. After returning to the United States, she became a partner at DREAM Workplace and helped companies grow their potential in each of their employees.
