PMA Chicago METALFORM EDU Demo and Networking Event

Join the PMA Chicago District for dinner, networking and an informative demonstration of PMA’s METALFORM EDU training platform.

Taking a proactive approach to training with METALFORM EDU equips your current and incoming employees with the ability to skill, reskill or upskill fast! For new employees, they can move from the “door to floor” with the knowledge in record time.

METALFORM EDU is an online learning program designed specifically for the metalforming industry. With METALFORM EDU, PMA is helping members tackle one of our industry’s greatest challenges—training new and existing employees. With more than 800 training courses—from foundational skills in core math, communication, problem-solving, soft skills and personal development, to industry-related skills in precision measurement, blueprint reading, SPC, CNC, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, safety and more—there is a course to fit any training need.

During this presentation, Mary Pramik, PMA workforce development manager, will provide a high-level overview of all of the training opportunities available to PMA members. This will include a METALFORM EDU live demonstration of the platform, the courses, programs and reports available to track your employees' training progress. Mary will also review funding opportunities to help offset costs of this important investment.
