Jeff Bennett is the president of Tool Planners Inc. and director of sales and engineering for Bennett Tool & Die Co., Inc. in Nashville, TN. His areas of expertise include cost estimating, tool and automation design and contract manufacturing management. Tool Planners Inc. serves the metal stamping industry with training, planning services and software products for planning and cost estimating metal stampings and dies. He is a member of the PMA Technical Workshop Committee and is a regular speaker at both the METALFORM trade show conferences and PMA technical Workshops.
Robert Braswell has been consulting with the metalforming industry for almost 20 years, with many clients in Mexico and other Latin American countries. He is a highly respected expert on productivity, safety and personnel motivation. Having been in hundreds of plants in more than 12 countries, authored several articles on productivity and safety, spoken at hundreds of Workshops, he is well versed in how to get the most out of a manufacturing plant and its people. He is fluent in English and Spanish and uses his many life experiences from around the world as the platform for his talks.
Stuart Keeler is the president/CEO of Keeler Technologies LLC. Stuart began his extensive sheetmetal career when his research on sheetmetal forming limits led to his development of the Forming Limit Diagram, now used throughout the world to predict forming severity of sheetmetal stampings. He spent 24 years with the National Steel Corporation and 12 years with The Budd Company Technical Center implementing new technology and press shop analysis techniques. Stuart writes a monthly column in PMA’s MetalForming magazine on "The Science of Forming."
Mr. Eric Theis has more than 50 years of experience in the metals processing, distribution and fabricating industries. Theis retired as Vice President in charge of Marketing & Field Services in 1999, after twenty years with the Herr-Voss Division of GenSystems. He and his partners now do consulting on technical, marketing and training issues for users, processors and producers of flat rolled metals here and overseas. Mr. Theis has served on a number of industry boards including the PMA and the FMA. He is a highly regarded speaker and the author of many papers on equipment selection and justification. He is also the author of The Book on Leveling and the editor of the Handbook of Metalforming Processes.
Peter has worked in the metal stamping and tool and die industries for 30 years. His background includes tool and die making, tool engineering, engineering management, advance process planning, and product development. Mr. Ulintz is a member of the PMA Technical Workshop Committee, the North American Deep Drawing Research Group (NADDRG), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the American Society of Metals (ASM). He also is a monthly columnist for PMA’sMetalForming magazine’s Tooling By Design column and an acknowledged contributor to ASM’s Handbook, Metalworking: Sheet Forming; volume 4B (2006).
